These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the Baliquad ATV Ride website, make a booking, or participate in one of our ATV adventure experiences.
Before Making a Booking
By using the Baliquad ATV Ride website or making a booking through our booking system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to bookings for ATV adventures and related services arranged through Baliquad ATV Ride.
Baliquad ATV Ride is a Bali-based ATV adventure supplier and service provider, operated and managed by PT. BALI VENTUR TOUR.
What These Terms Mean
Refers to Baliquad ATV Ride and its operation under PT. BALI VENTUR TOUR.
Refers to the person making a booking or participating in an activity booked through Baliquad.
Refers to the relevant ATV operator or local service provider responsible for delivering the booked activity.
Refers to a reservation made through the Baliquad website or another approved booking channel.
Making a Reservation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including their name, contact details, activity date, selected package, number of guests and pickup information where applicable.
A booking becomes confirmed when Baliquad ATV Ride accepts the reservation and provides booking confirmation.
Customers should check their booking confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
Availability is subject to the ATV provider’s operating schedule and available capacity.
Confirmed Bookings & Payment
Baliquad ATV Ride may allow customers to make a confirmed reservation before completing payment.
A Book Now & Pay Later reservation is still a confirmed booking and may create a payment obligation even when payment has not yet been completed.
Customers agree to pay the applicable booking amount according to the payment instructions provided by Baliquad ATV Ride.
Cancellation, late cancellation, no-show and other applicable charges may still apply to an unpaid confirmed booking.
Prices & Booking Details
Prices displayed on the Baliquad ATV Ride website are shown in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on the ATV provider, package, vehicle type, number of guests, pickup location and other services selected during booking.
The applicable booking price is the price confirmed for your reservation at the time of booking.
Customers should review the booking summary before confirming their reservation.
Your Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information and for following all instructions given by the ATV guide, driver and provider.
Customers must arrive at the agreed meeting point or be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.
Customers must inform Baliquad or the relevant provider about circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate in the activity.
Customers must not participate while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair their ability to ride safely.
ATV Safety & Provider Rules
ATV riding is an outdoor adventure activity involving uneven terrain, mud, water, rivers, slopes, tunnels, trails and other natural or constructed obstacles.
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the ATV guide, instructor or provider.
Each ATV provider may have its own minimum age, maximum age, height, weight, health and riding requirements. These requirements may vary depending on the selected ATV package or vehicle.
The provider may refuse participation if a customer does not meet applicable safety requirements or is considered unable to participate safely.
Customers must use the safety equipment provided and must not intentionally operate the ATV in a reckless or dangerous manner.
Participation Requirements
Customers should consider their physical condition before participating in an ATV adventure.
Customers are responsible for informing the provider or guide about any relevant injury, medical condition or physical limitation that could affect safe participation.
Baliquad ATV Ride and its providers reserve the right to restrict participation where there is a reasonable safety concern.
Customers participate voluntarily and are responsible for following all safety instructions throughout the activity.
Hotel Pickup & Transportation
Private hotel pickup may be available for selected activities and locations at an additional cost.
Pickup prices depend on the selected pickup area and the transportation service arranged for the booking.
Customers must provide accurate hotel or accommodation details and be ready at the confirmed pickup time.
If the driver has already arrived at the agreed pickup location and the customer cancels, refuses the pickup or is unavailable, applicable transportation costs may be charged.
Pickup times may occasionally change because of traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy .
In general, eligible cancellations with sufficient notice may qualify for a full refund, while cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity may qualify for a 50% refund.
Confirmed bookings may also be rescheduled free of charge multiple times, subject to availability.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Changing Your Activity Date
Customers may request to change their activity date or time. Rescheduling is available free of charge multiple times, subject to availability.
A requested date or time is not guaranteed until confirmed by Baliquad ATV Ride or the relevant provider.
If the requested date is unavailable, we will work with the customer to identify another available option where possible.
Changes Caused by Weather or Safety
ATV adventures take place outdoors and may be affected by weather, track conditions, road conditions or safety concerns.
If the activity cannot safely operate, Baliquad ATV Ride or the relevant provider may change, postpone or cancel the activity.
Depending on the circumstances, customers may be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund for the affected activity.
Local Adventure Operators
Baliquad ATV Ride works with selected local ATV operators to provide the activities displayed on our website.
The exact vehicle, track conditions, guide arrangements, operating procedures and safety requirements may vary between providers and packages.
Baliquad coordinates the booking and customer communication, while the relevant provider is responsible for operating the ATV activity according to its procedures and safety standards.
If Your Activity Is Cancelled
If the relevant ATV provider cancels a confirmed activity due to operational, safety or other provider-related reasons, Baliquad will work with the customer to arrange an alternative where possible.
If a suitable alternative cannot be accepted or arranged, the affected activity may qualify for a full refund.
Adventure Activity Risks
ATV riding involves inherent risks associated with off-road and outdoor activities, including uneven surfaces, mud, water, slopes, obstacles, falls, vehicle movement and changing environmental conditions.
Customers voluntarily participate in the activity and agree to follow the safety instructions provided by the relevant guide or provider.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Baliquad ATV Ride and the relevant provider are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless required by law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and up to date.
However, activity schedules, prices, availability, package details and operating conditions may change from time to time.
Images and descriptions are intended to provide a general representation of the experience and may not always reflect exact conditions on the day of your activity.
Personal Information
Personal information provided during the booking process is handled according to our Privacy Policy .
By making a booking, customers acknowledge that relevant information may need to be shared with the ATV operator, driver or other service provider involved in fulfilling the reservation.
